2. What is the definition of asthma? Asthma is when you have a condition and it is due to inflammation of the air passages in the lungs and affects the sensitivity of the nerve endings in the airways so they become easily irritated. In an attack, the lining of the passages swell causing the airways to narrow and reducing the flow of air in and out of the lungs.
3. What were the cues given in class? Use two hands.
4. Did you have fun today in class? Explain. Yeah, today was great. It was a lot of fun to learn speed stacking. It isn't a normal sport so it was cool to learn about!

Stacking!
I had a lot of fun in class today. I have never done a stacking activity before so it was definitely cool to learn something new. Plus it is exciting when you down stacking really fast for the first. Besides learning that Stacking was invented in California, we also learned about asthma. Asthma is both a constriction of the airways and inflammation of the lungs.
